Zuluzog, one of the tree dwelling creatures called zogs, has always believed his destiny, to be the mightiest of his tree!

The story follows his journey into adulthood, where he enters the tree trials with the aim of proving himself and becoming a zogsoldier for the esteemed leader, Zingle.

But as Zuluzog rises through the ranks, he finds there are many pieces in play. Slowly, he uncovers a plan that is spreading division among the zogs who are sick and tired of their leader's ever-increasing rules. Zuluzog sets out to crush this rebellion as the rumble of war grows ever louder in the distance!
